I wish, hope that our peaceful and transparent demonstrations translate to change vitally needed. So appreciate the share. It’s one thing to name the elephant in the room and quite another to get it out the door!

Thank you for being here on Substack. I became aware of you about 12 years ago and could not have reached the peace in my life today, without your meditations and the deeper understanding of our mind-body connection. Thank you,!

Thank you, Jon, for sharing this incredibly powerful and timely video. The "Independence Day in Woods Hole" parade is a brilliant and moving example of how a community can clearly and creatively speak out against the unfolding challenges we face, relevant to anyone concerned with democratic values. The message conveyed by those posters, rejecting fascism and promoting joy, science, and freedom, resonates deeply. It's a vital reminder of what's at stake and the importance of civic engagement, no matter where you are in the world. This video truly offers both a mirror to what is happening and a beacon of hope for how to respond.

Thank you for bringing attention to the dangerous state of our union, followed by a reminder of the joy that freedom brings.

I never knew Woods Hole was an actual place. Never knew it’s Histiry. Another way to hell is to enlarge people’s understanding and knowledge of different places. To make folks curious! One can mediate but also one can expand others mind as well. Perhaps storytelling or history sharing before each and every meditation when in a group.
